TEMPLATE 1 - INTERPRET PROJECT GOALS
STEP1: WHAT IS THE GOAL?
Lets take a look at the instructions:
"WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THIS PROJECT ACCORDING TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL OPINION?"
Write your personal opinion and post it up on the template side by side. Gathering individual opinions from each participant allows the group to start familiarizing with each others perspective.
STEP2: NAME THE PROJECT!
So, It's time to name the project.
"WHAT COULD BE THE TITLE OF THIS PROJECT ACCORDING TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL OPINION?"
Each team member grabs a sticky note, and gives a title of their own to the project. Doesn't matter if there is already a decided project name, at this point we are interested in team members personal version of a title.

Next, it is time to have a little discussion about our first impressions. We just wanna see what everybody thinks about the project goal and this is also a good warm-up opportunity for the team to start getting familiar with each other.
The ideal outcome of this first step includes:
1. Initiating participants to the process and team environment.
2. Providing an opportunity to have a fresh look at the project goal. For anyone with a strong opinion about the goal, this is the perfect opportunity to get it out to be recognized and discussed from the very beginning.
3. Getting aware of any premature assumptions about the project and circumvent them if possible.
